Mr Obi stressed that his decision was not about personal ambition but based on the country’s future.
Mr Abubakar last week formally registered with ADC in Adamawa State.
He added that the claims that the directive would add 100,000 men to the police would only fill numerical gaps.
Mr Atiku’s formal registration with the ADC came after the politician dumped the PDP in July.
The coalition party said the Tinubu administration is an anti-democratic government doing all it can to impose a one-party state on Nigeria.
Mr Atiku said the party came with positive changes that would bolster the peace and stability of the state
The party alleged that security operatives stood by as voters were harassed and compromised.
The party, therefore, urged members involved in separate arrangements to reconsider and embrace reconciliation.
The ADC stated, “This is propaganda. What we are witnessing is a deliberate manipulation of food prices for short-term political gain.’’
Mr Abdullahi described the attack as a deliberate effort to sabotage its activities and intimidate members ahead of the ceremony.
