The prosecutor alleged that Mr Hakeem was arrested by NDLEA operatives while in possession of a bag containing 202 grammes of cannabis sativa.
The president adjourned the matter until November 21 for hearing.
The case was adjourned until September 8 for hearing.
Ms Latunji subsequently adjourned the suit until March 11 for a hearing. Mr Adetunji had pleaded not guilty to the one-count charge of stealing.
Ms Silekunola, Mr Hazmat and a school principal, Abiodun Fasasi, are being prosecuted by the state over the funfair stampede that led to the death of 35 people.
They were alleged to have unlawfully uttered and made threats to kill Governor Makinde in a video posted on social media.
Earlier, the prosecutor, Philip Amusan, told the court that the convict committed the offence on Sunday, at about 11:00 p.m., at Sango, Ibadan.
The prosecutor said Mr Aderopo went to the school to beg for alms but started banging at the gate, disturbing school activities when no one came out.
“If an offender within Ibadan is being remanded in the Oyo town correctional facility, there may be delay in justice.”
The court was told that the victim, who suffers from stroke and on a sickbed, was sexually abused by the defendant without her consent.
