Mr Babawale stated that the syndicate was involved in the hostile attack on oil and gas installations in the Niger Delta region.
“I, therefore, charge you to brighten your eagle eyes and reinvigorate your intelligence tactics as this would make you more proactive than reactive,” Mr Audi said.
The NSCDC spokesperson, Babatunde Afolabi, said the four officers were part of the seven officers declared missing during an ambush on November 18.
He noted that the NSCDC was out to protect the fundamental human rights of the voters.
Michael Adaralewa, the corps state commandant, said the ranks came with higher responsibilities.
The CG said it is expected that vandals arrested by other security agencies would be handed over to NSCDC for further investigation and prosecution.
The commandant urged all NSCDC personnel to perform their duties with the highest level of dedication and commitment.
NSCDC has deployed 6,433 operatives to provide security ahead of the Edo governorship election on Saturday.
Ahmed Audi, NSCDC commandant general, has condemned attacks on security operatives during the ongoing nationwide protests.
Mr Audi said that the corps had launched a nationwide campaign against building on waterways.
