Mr Hunpe stated that the empowerment was aimed at supporting 4,000 families with N100,000 each within 20 months.
TCN spokeswoman Ndidi Mbah said in a statement on Tuesday that both substations were under the Lagos region.
The governor assured residents that the state’s housing reforms would continue to address affordability, accessibility, and equity.
The prosecutor said the offence contravened sections 287, 411, and 308 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State.
“All you need to do is to come over with little money and buy food items at reduced prices,” he said.
Olusegun Onilude said the gesture was aimed at boosting and sustaining education in the council area by raising resourceful youths.
“By our findings, we were told that the driver of the car had already bought petrol into his car. When he started the engine, it exploded,” said Lagos firefighters.
