According to her, the truck was conveying cows and human beings together.
The FRSC has advised motorists to keep a 200-metre distance between their vehicle and the next to avoid preventable crashes.

In a statement in Abeokuta, Florence Okpe, the spokesperson of FRSC in Ogun, said the three accidents happened in the early hours of the day.
He said the FRSC had met with animal dealers in the Kara area of the Lagos-Ibadan expressway to inform them of the dangers.
According to him, the FRSC has started a general campaign against speeding to prevent avoidable crashes during the season.
According to the FRSC boss, the radar gun, which monitors vehicles’ speed, will be used to drastically reduce road crashes in Ogun.
“These signs have not been installed to caution motorists ahead of any danger.’’
Speaking during the ceremony, Anthony Uga, the sector commander, said the decorated officers benefited from the 2023 promotion exercise.
Mr Okpe said the accident was caused by route violation and speeding.
