The PDP said that its candidate, Oladipupo Adebutu, was in clear lead before the process was compromised by INEC.
Mr Umar Namadi scored 618,449 votes to beat his closest rival, Mustapha Sule Lamido, who polled 368,726 votes.
“I have never and will never sit with Uba Sani and Nasir El-Rufai for any kind of political deal,” Mr Asake vowed.
The result was announced the results early Monday morning at Nsukka INEC office.
The continued absence of the APC candidate had been a trending topic on social media with many of his critics raising suspicion about his ill health.
“People who are close to him, they know that he’s an avid cyclist; he does that all the time. It’s his routine.”
Mr Tinubu, who shared a seven seconds workout video on his Twitter handle, where he was seen riding on a stationary bicycle, also denied that he had withdrawn from the presidential race.
Though Mr Elegushi won the party’s primary election, he relinquished the ticket in obedience to the party and its leadership, said the statement.
The APC candidate said that heavy-duty truck accidents had become a common occurrence in Jos, especially around Polo Roundabout in Gadabiu.
The candidate denied the allegation that APC engaged the military to disrupt voting in some wards.
