In the suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/1001/2024, the APC sued INEC, Mr Ighodalo and PDP as 1st to third defendants, respectively.
The group leader, Ikhuenbor Igbinevbo, told journalists on Monday in Benin that the election transcends individual personalities.
Justice Barka struck out the appeal for being without merit and awarded the cost of N3 million against the appellants and in favour of Mr Ighodalo, PDP and INEC.
