The Abuja High Court on Wednesday allowed a video to be played at the trial of a lawyer, Victor Giwa, charged with judicial corruption.
The six states are Rivers, Benue, Cross River, Niger, Osun and Ekiti.
The confusion happened in the presence of Mr Obi, his running mate, Datti Baba-Ahmed, Labour Party chairman Julius Abure and other loyalists.
Two of Peter Obi’s lawyers are under the weather and unable to argue Mr Obi and Labour Party’s case in court.
To this end, Mr Kalu said his clients would require seven weeks within which to present their petition in court.
