The party’s National Publicity Secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi, made the disclosure in a statement on Wednesday.
The ADC spokesperson further expressed concerns over “Nigeria’s shrinking democratic space under the All Progressives Congress”.
The ADC made the allegation in a statement on Saturday.
The party said, “This is not balance. It is a dangerous failure of judgment and political accommodation taken too far.”
According to Mr Abdullahi, ADC remains committed to orderliness, discipline, and strict adherence to its constitution and democratic processes.
“Lies upon lies. Just the usual noise for media attention. Did they give you any evidence on the claims?” Mr Olayinka said in a statement to the Peoples Gazette on Tuesday.
Mr Abdullahi urged all elected officials to remain steadfast in their dedication to the party’s vision.
He said the NBA’s position affirms ADC’s long-held stance that the law is being violated.
The ADC spokesman noted that an electoral umpire must be clearly impartial.
Mr Tinubu has been accused of acting as mourner-in-chief instead of the commander-in-chief of Nigeria amid insurgency.
