He said INEC has refused to receive correspondence from the party pending the court’s determination of the matter.
The ADC spokesperson said the party’s new members joined between April 1 and 5.
Mr Abdullahi said the initiative was a response to what he called growing undemocratic practices.
Mr Onanuga further warned the ADC of dire consequences.
He said INEC acted under pressure from the government.
Mr Abdullahi confirmed that guidelines for the congresses had already been released.
The party urged members nationwide to participate in the process.
Mr Abdullahi said the ADC recognised women as partners in nation-building.
According to Mr Onanuga, the Tinubu-led administration has also improved healthcare and embarked on the construction of superhighways.
Mr Abdullahi urged members who had registered on the party’s previous platform to also revalidate their membership on the new digital portal.
