The committee, whose membership is composed of directors from the ministry, was given two weeks to submit its report.
Mr Agaldo explained that the committee also uncovered irregularities involving recruiting people into positions without requisite qualifications.
“The committee will be looking out for structures that visually may look stable but not, and recommend an integrity test,” Mr Galadima said.
Mr Gbajabiamila said that the committee was constituted to probe the level of service delivery in the telecommunication sector.
He then called on various organs of governments in the state to cooperate with the committee.
