The minister urged the residents of the area to rally behind Mr Tinubu and the chairman of the Abuja Municipal Area Council, Christopher Maikalangu.
Mr Maikalangu recently defected to the APC from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He noted that free screening is part of AMAC’s efforts to enhance healthcare delivery and promote healthy living across the council’s communities.
Mr Wike said the project is a clear demonstration of President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda in action, bringing citywide transformation.
Mr Maikalangu appealed to President Bola Tinubu and the Minister of the FCT, Nyesom Wike, for immediate intervention to address the situation.
