The prosecutor said that the defendant conducted himself in a manner likely to cause a breach of peace and constitute a public nuisance.
The Prosecutor, ASP Akinwale Oriyomi, told the court that the defendants committed the offence on March 14, at 7.30 a.m. in Ado-Ekiti.
The magistrate refused the plea of the defendant.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charges preferred against him.
The magistrate adjourned the case until October 21 for hearing.

The prosecution counsel called three witnesses and tendered statements of the victim and defendant, a knife, and a cash sum of N8,000, among other exhibits.
