Mr Okuoimose said the suspects jumped through the fence and broke into the house of a resident, Ubaka Agbasiefo, to commit the offences.
The defendant is being tried on a two-count charge of abduction and breach of public peace.
Ms Taiwo, in her judgment, said that from the substantial evidence presented before the court, she found the defendant guilty of the crime.
The 32-year-old man faces life imprisonment if convicted.
Ms Sonaike made the order following the absence of Mr Ominnikoron’s counsel, Abayomi Omotubora, in court.
“The survivor identified the defendant as her lesson teacher and the person who had forced sexual intercourse with her,” the judge held.
