A 22-year-old woman, Barakat Jimoh, was on Monday arraigned before the Ijede Magistrates’ Court in Ikorodu for stealing N380,000.
Mr Ekhueorohan said that the defendants, who had a master key, tried to steal the Huwangai pick-up with chassis number LDD C7B304H0013661.
The prosecutor said that the defendants conspired and stole fish; property of Awolaru Olukorede.
The defendant is accused of killing his wife Zainab, and their three-year-old daughter, Petra.
The defendants were apprehended by some traders in the complex when they were about to escape with the tyres, police said.
A 36-year-old man, Raphael Odoh, was on Thursday docked at the Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court for assaulting his neighbour.
Sanusi Aliu stabbed police officer Wasiu Abogunloko with a scissors, and got arranged for murder and bodily assault.
“On January 28, 2021, via transaction ID No: M35660, he received the sum of N424,811,000 from Caverton and N160,000,000 from Dana,” added the prosecutor.
He alleged that the defendants stole two generators worth N455,000 belonging to Messrs Israel Adejoh and Binley Iwulie.
A police prosecutor said that the defendants unlawfully assaulted Inspector Egwum Sunday while he was performing his lawful duty.
