The prosecution counsel, Olaoluwa Okunrotifa, said the defendant committed the offences on May 11, at 4.45 a.m. at Fiditi in Oyo Town.
 The magistrate adjourned the case until July 14 for hearing.
Mr Owookade is being tried on charges of conspiracy and theft, to which he pleaded not guilty.

Mr Owolabi alleged that the defendant gave the police false information that one Pastor Adekunle Obasa and his family stole his 250 blocks.
Mr Awe, a staff of Seedly Prime Microfinance Bank, Ibadan, was charged with stealing, to which he pleaded not guilty.
The guard is being tried for negligence and stealing.
A man, Useim Hamadu, appeared before the Iyaganku Magistrates’ Court in Ibadan on Wednesday for cutting another man on the head, hand and ear.
The magistrate directed the police to return the case file to the Director of Public Prosecutions for legal advice.
