Bright Edafe, the command’s spokesman, said the suspect was arrested by a police patrol team attached to Warri Area Command.
The cultists were said to have chased the victim to a compound in Ganho, Badagry, shot him thrice and walked away.

A similar incident occurred at Oke-Ayepe, Osogbo on Thursday where a barber was killed by suspected cult members.
“These boys mobilised themselves and began to attack the police because one of them jumped inside a canal in Surulere while trying to evade arrest.”
