Mr Jatau wished them well in their new assignments.
The strike is scheduled for April 16 over the nonpayment of minimum wage by the state government.
Mr Jatau, the chairman of the occasion, urged adherents of the different faiths to live together in peace and respect others’ choice of religion.
The speaker urged Nigerians to be law abiding and remain committed to constituted authorities.

They said that the written apology from the nominee would serve as a deterrent to others.
He said the N500 and N800 charges, among others, imposed by the toll gate operator are too high.
Among the nominees who made the list are two former state lawmakers and six immediate past commissioners, while out of the 16 nominees, three are females.
The speaker also urged the people to continue to pray and support Gov. Abdullahi Sule and other leaders to succeed.
Mr Jatau commended the university’s management for their efforts in developing it and called for its sustenance.
