The assembly also summoned the head of service to explain why some appointees assumed office without the statutory approval of the House.
Mr Obasa commended past Lagos governors for sustaining Mr Tinubu’s vision in the state.
The lawmakers said no constituency could survive with the over 100 checkpoints in their area.
Speaking at the plenary on Friday, the speaker, Mudashiru Obasa, said the assembly would ensure justice for the deceased.
Mr Obasa, the most senior ranking member of the parliament, was nominated by Temitope Adewale and seconded by Sylvester Ogunkelu.
Lawmakers said the bill, when passed into law, would help protect Lagosians privacy rights.
