Senate President Ahmad Lawan announced Mr Ekweremadu’s birthday at the plenary on Tuesday, days after he was jailed for organ trafficking in the UK.
The Ekweremadus are facing criminal trials in the UK.
In a social media post, Ms Ekweremadu admitted that her medical condition was responsible for her parents’ legal battles in the UK.
Mr Ekweremadu appeared in court on Thursday, where the judge announced that he will remain in Custody till the end of October for the next hearing.
Mr Iwuanyanwu said the organisation was determined to defend any of its members whose right and freedom is being unduly trampled upon anywhere in the world.
The court, however, ruled that the victim is not a minor before adjourning the matter till early August.
The request follows the arrest of the couple on June 23 in the UK over allegations that they conspired to illegally harvest the organ of the reportedly underaged David.
