Mr Ojembe opposed the application for adjournment on the basis of multiple adjournments by the defendant.
The defence counsel prayed the court to adjourn the case further to enable them conclude their discussions on an out of court settlement.
They were convicted of criminal conspiracy and culpable homicide.
The judge said, “Until I get the record, there is really not much I can do. You have not applied for bail before me.”
