The judge adjourned the matter until May 13 for hearing.
Justice Nwite agreed with the defence counsel, Afam Osigwe, SAN, that the ICPC failed to disclose to the court of a pending matter in a sister court.
The judge noted that the counsel had sent a letter requesting an adjournment.

Mr Dandare forged the signature of Mr Mada on the court cash deposit register with the intent of stealing the money.
