The project entails a reinforced concrete drainage channel from Murtala Muhammed Way, Ebute-Meta, through the NRC corridor to Iponri.
The convening focused on reducing financial hardship and strengthening domestic healthcare financing.
He said that police apprehended the suspects on July 17 at the Ebute-Meta area.
