Mr Ogungbemide said the programme aims to enhance awareness of occupational stress and its impact on mental and physical health.
The FRSC spokesman said that the new sector commander was a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
She said the emergency toll free lines of the FRSC were active and open to the public.
The commander called on parents to educate their children about the dangers of tanker crashes.
He said such a partnership was imperative for enhancing tax administration to the mutual benefit of the state and the corps.
He said FRSC remains committed to reducing road crashes and fatalities.
The commander advised motorists to always take precautions by giving good distance to trucks on highways
Mr Adikwu said the command had also deployed 17 operational vehicles, three ambulances, and one tow truck for the successful Easter operations.
He said this would also protect the lives of those transiting through the state during the period.
The sector commander said many of the drivers involved in road crashes were unlicensed, underage or inexperienced.
