The FRSC official advised road users to ensure their vehicles were in good condition before putting them on the road.
Mr Mohammed said all tanker-related crashes would henceforth be subjected to comprehensive investigations across the entire value chain.
Ms Okoro advised the motoring public to avoid distractive driving.
The FRSC boss commended the prompt response of emergency agencies involved in managing the situation.
She noted that the operation would focus on sustained patrol and traffic control.
