Mr Babafemi said two suspects were arrested and 345.5kg of processed substance was evacuated.
Mr Babafemi said they were excreted after days in observatory custody following their arrest by operatives of the NDLEA at the Lagos airport.
Mr Marwa said Mr Uzoma, who resumed in Cross River on August 18, 2025, had lodged in a hotel while seeking suitable accommodation.
He added that a freight agent and member of the syndicate was the first to be arrested.
Mr Babafemi said the suspect, a grandpa, was among the six arrested with illicit substances in raids by operatives of the NDLEA in parts of Anambra.
Mr Babafemi said no fewer than 250,000 tablets of Exol-5 were seized from a suspect in the Zango area of the Ungogo Local Government Area of Kano.
NDLEA assured that efforts are underway to liaise with Saudi authorities to free wrongly detained Nigerians.
He said that Mr Ibigide came under searchlight on March 19, 2022.
Mr Marwa enjoined operatives of the agency to continue with the ongoing efforts to end drug abuse and trafficking nationwide.
Mr Marwa stated, “Instead of living in fear of arrest by NDLEA, they will lead respectable lives with their families and their communities.”
