The official told the court that the said documents were with INEC headquarters in Abuja.
Governor Adegboyega Oyetola and APC had, on August 5, submitted a petition before the tribunal in Osogbo.
The governor prayed to God to bless Davido and Chioma with “another son who will live long to fulfil his dreams in life.”
Mr Oyetola and APC had approached the court to challenge INEC’s declaration of PDP’s Ademola Oyeleke winner of the 2022 Osun guber election.
Mr Oyetola described the judgment as a miscarriage of justice, urging the Court of Appeal to set aside the lower court’s ruling and affirm their nominations as valid and lawful.
Speaking through the Minister of Internal Affairs, Rauf Aregbesola, the president said all Nigerians must be part of the war to end insecurity.
An APC chieftain, Moshood Adeoti, the plaintiff in the suit, filed the matter.
Gubernatorial election in the state is barely three weeks away.
Gboyega Oyetola is up for reelection in July.
Mr Oyetola was declared winner after polling a total of 222,169 votes to defeat other aspirants in the race.
