WHO is working diligently in Uganda to support the government in responding to an Ebola outbreak in four districts.
About $816 million is needed for rescue and relief in Pakistan, more than 2,000 people have died from floods and subsequent infections since mid-June.

The Adamawa ministry of health has confirmed 11 cases of cholera in Guyuk and Shelleng local government areas.
Malawi has recorded 1,483 cholera cases.
“Let everybody check his own part and do the right thing. That is what I will advocate. The blame is not just on oil companies,” said NOSDRA director-general.
“Currently, 40 suspected cases have been investigated and nine confirmed in five Local Government Areas (LGA) of the state.”
The NPHCDA coordinator explained that the virus was real and still around.
