The evaluation aims to promote citizen-focused service delivery in ministries, departments, and agencies by identifying gaps and making recommendations for improvement.
Both groups are weighed down by demons that demand urgent attention, yet finger-pointing has become a convenient distraction for them.
“They should make it open: Igbo, Hausa and Yoruba – should be taught,” said the Igbo group’s leader.
