Reps spokesman Akin Rotimi said the House will review the circumstances that resulted in the police’s use of tear gas to disperse protesters.
According to him, the INEC Result Viewing Portal (IReV) is not an e-voting platform.
Mr Balogun maintained that the INEC’s Form EC8A, also known as the manual statement of the poll results from polling units, would remain the only means to collate from.
Mr Umeh said that a timely upload would guarantee transparency and public trust in the governorship election.
“The attention of INEC has been drawn to some media reports alleging that it tampered with the accredited figures of voters.’’
The tribunal upheld the election of APC duo Adams Oshiomhole and Ihonvbere Julius.
He further stated that INEC had failed to transmit form EC8As to the IREV portal.
“President Muhammadu Buhari lived up to his billing by delivering a free, fair and credible election, and his legacy is assured.
INEC said it would replace election materials that were lost in the attacks ahead of 2023.
