Former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party are claiming widespread fraud in the February 25 presidential poll.
All the witnesses who worked as INEC adhoc staff during the presidential election said they were unable to transmit election results from their BVAS machines as stipulated.
He further stated that INEC had failed to transmit form EC8As to the IREV portal.
Justice Haruna Simon Tsammani, however, adjourned the case till Monday, June 5 for continuation of hearing.
The Allied Peoples Movement (APM) has asked the presidential election petitions tribunal to adjourn hearing until June 9.
The six states are Rivers, Benue, Cross River, Niger, Osun and Ekiti.
Mr Tsammani also said that the ruling of the motion for the televised broadcast would be done on Monday, May 22.
Meanwhile, the request by the counsel to Bola Tinubu, Wole Olanipekun, for a longer adjournment was rejected.
The presidential election petitions tribunal has adjourned until May 18, the hearing of the February 25 election disputes.
Justice Haruna Simon Tsammani, the presiding judge, therefore granted the applications and adjourned the hearing till later in the month.
