The defendants were alleged to have committed the offence between January and December 2023 at the FMC in Ebute Meta, Lagos.
He said the court would resume normal proceedings on April 9.
NDLEA charged Mr Agu, 47, on one count of dealing in 364.3kg of cannabis sativa (weed).
The court also gave him the option of a N200,000 fine with community service.
