Mr Nansel said the breakthrough was part of the command’s fight against kidnapping and other violent crimes in the state.
Mr Nansel said the rider fled and abandoned the motorcycle when the operatives flagged it down.
According to him, ten political parties will participate in the exercise.
“The suspects were arrested with a large quantity of rail tracks loaded in one 18-tyre truck with Registration Number DED 364 YC,” he said.
The victim was ambushed and whisked away to an unknown location shortly after he passed Andaha village in Akwanga LGA of Nasarawa.
