Mr Idris-Zuru said the land was received on behalf of the Kebbi commissioner of police.

Mr Umar-Muslim also added that the state undertook the renovation, furnishing, and expansion of the State Pilgrims Welfare Agency, costing N708.8 million.
He said the remaining balance should be paid by individual pilgrims to complete payment.
