Mr Abdullahi said the incident occurred on Wednesday at about 9.57 a.m. following a distress call from one Ibrahim Sani.
He explained that the remaining four suspects were arrested in a clubhouse.
“So far, we’ve recovered the sum of N15 million and have succeeded in blocking about N8 million,” he disclosed.
