Mr Abass urged Gov. Sanwo-Olu to reach out to governors and other aspirants for the position for conversation that would make the election of presiding officers hitch-free.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu says his government is currently building the biggest mental rehabilitation home in Nigeria.
The governor said his administration, in less than three years, has appointed close to 50 permanent secretaries.
Though the reason for the meeting was not revealed in the letter, Peoples Gazette learnt that discussion at the meeting will revolve around the call for secession.
“We want to stand in front of the citizens to give an account of how public funds are spent,” said Mr Sanwo-Olu.
Mr Sanwo-Olu admitted that ”the security challenges in different parts of the country are worrisome.”
