Mr Hundeyin said that the suspect was arrested inside a business centre where she was making the photocopies.
Spokesman for the police in Lagos, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed to Peoples Gazette that the suspects have twice ignored the invitations from the command.
He also said that all the areas noted for crisis or where security threats might come from had been taken care of and would be well-policed.
A woman said she and her husband, his siblings, their children, including an 11-month-old baby, were assaulted and illegally detained by officers of the Igando division.
On Thursday, soldiers travelling to the Ojo military cantonment came down on police operatives coordinating traffic on the highway after a disagreement.
Command spokesman Benjamin Hundeyin disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday.
The police said the allegation was “a cunningly-crafted work of fiction” to possibly cause “ethnic war amongst Nigerians.”
The affected areas are Eti-Osa, Ikeja, Surulere, Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland and Apapa.
The incident coincided with the Sokoto mob attack against Deborah Samuel.
Kunle Poly and Tafa Sego who are currently in police custody have been transferred to Zone II, Onikan, Lagos for further investigation.
