The Lagos State Waterways Authority (LASWA) has recovered an additional corpse from the scene of the boat crash at Ikorodu.
“Rescue effort is ongoing as at the time of issuing this statement.”
The management of LASWA said the ferry operations at the Ikorodu terminal were suspended until further notice.
The ferry was transporting 17 passengers en route to Ebute Ero from Ikorodu in Lagos.
