The FCTA had, on March 17, announced the revocation of the 4,794 land titles over non-payment of ground rent for more than 10 years.
The inauguration of the projects would commence on June 10 and last for 19 days, according to the minister.
Mr Wike cautioned supporters of the suspended governor to desist from ridiculing the state.
Mr Wike warned that anyone operating an illegal facility or working in an unregistered health facility should be arrested and prosecuted.
