A Magistrates’ Court in Kafanchan, Kaduna, has ordered remanding two men, Abubakar Ibrahim and Shamsu Ladan, in prison custody.
Mr Emmanuel pleaded guilty and begged the court for leniency while Mr Danbaba denied the charge against him.
The magistrate, Michael Bawa, however, reserved sentence until May 2.
