On Tuesday, the Lagos Division of the Federal High Court ordered BRT driver Andrew Ominnikoron to be remanded in prison custody.
“They were court-martialled by the military authority before being transferred to the command for further investigation.”
The police confirmed the arrest Mr Omininikoron on Monday in connection with the death of 22-year-old Ayanwola
The House said that the security agencies should ensure that the alleged killers of the 22-year-old lady were brought to justice.
The judge held that the defendant had willfully and gruesomely murdered his 11 year-old twin in 2017 after dubbing them witches.
The 15-year-old was detained after the baby boy was found with stab wounds on his chest.
He also stated that the command arrested 132 suspects during the period, explaining that they were arrested for murder, kidnapping, cultism, armed robbery, and arson.

The arrest was made following an intelligence report that some cultists planned to breach public peace, after conducting an initiation rite for new members in the Ita-Oshin area of Abeokuta.
He was convicted for the murder of his young student lover, whom he dismembered.
