Justice Nicholas Oweibo adjourned the case following the defendant’s absence from court.
The letter officially summoned Naira Marley and Mohbad’s legal team to a meeting on October 31.
Feyisayo Ogedengbe has emerged as a prime suspect in the case, accused of administering injections that led to an adverse reaction in Mohbad.
The police said the auxiliary nurse administered multiple highly potent injections, which triggered an immediate adverse reaction resulting in Mohbad’s death.

It is hoped that the arrest of “Keffe D” would bring to a close investigations surrounding the 1996 murder of rapper Tupac in Las Vegas.
