The NAHCON Chairman Ismail Abba Yusuf supported the reform agenda.
The chairman warned members of the public against entrusting money to unauthorised individuals claiming to facilitate hajj registration.
The commission listed the states that have completed their return airlift as Nasarawa, Gombe, Kogi, Oyo, Osun, Ogun, Jigawa, Kwara, and Plateau.
Mr Yisuf stated, “Thank you for the work you have done so far, I am very impressed with the quality of the report that you have done.
The Saudi Ambassador to Nigeria, Yousef Albalawi, pledged to strengthen collaboration with NAHCON.
Mr Akpabio referred the request to the Senate Committee on INEC for further legislative inputs and to return back to plenary in one week.
He said that NAHCON remained fully aligned with the policy direction of the federal government.
The visit is to inspect residential and transportation facilities to ensure the smooth conduct of the 2026 Hajj exercise.
He said the extension followed the release of N10 billion by Governor Nasir Idris.
Mr Usman described his death as a great loss to the Muslim Ummah.
