Mr Ohuabunwa affirmed the BoT’s support for the conduct of a credible, transparent and inclusive national convention.
The BoT chairman, Adolphus Wabara, disclosed this while addressing journalists in Abuja on Tuesday after an emergency meeting.
Mr Muhammed, FCT Minister Nyesom Wike’s backed factional National Working Committee (NWC), announced this on Wednesday in Abuja.
Mr Mbah formally defected from the PDP to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) on Tuesday.
The development occurred at the hearing of a suit seeking to stop the PDP’s planned national convention at the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court.
Mr Ojo’s disqualification came weeks after another aspirant, Olajumoke Olawuni, was dropped from the race.
“Though final order has been given to all members to resign membership of other political parties, the caucus was silent on the timeline,” he said.
The meeting which began at about 10:00 a.m. ended at about 3:00 p.m.
The association nullified all claims made by the Kabir Ibrahim-led faction.
“The Labour Party is ideologically distinct, with programmes and philosophy that address Nigeria’s socio-economic challenges,” Mr Abure said.
