In the charge marked: FHC/ABJ/CR/275/2023, Mrs Oduah is the sole defendant.

Justice Inyang Ekwo also barred the NYSC director of corps certification from continuing to issue a disclaimer to the effect that Mr Mbah’s NYSC certificate was not issued by the NYSC.
