The court heard that Ms Ayanwola’s family got to know about their daughter’s death days after the body was found on the bridge.
Mr Ominikoron is charged before a Lagos High Court on five- count bordering on felony, conspiracy, rape, murder and sexual assault.
On Tuesday, the Lagos Division of the Federal High Court ordered BRT driver Andrew Ominnikoron to be remanded in prison custody.
The relatives are demanding that the BRT driver, Nice Andrew Omininikoron, and other culprits be made to face the law.
Several passengers were left stranded on Tuesday morning at the various BRT terminals across the state.
Mr Marcaroni, a comedian, tweeted, “Bamise’s story is so heartbreaking..we don’t know how many people have suffered the same fate as her.”
“So I was thinking that she is inside the vehicle holding the iron. I moved on. I left her at that side; I never knew they dragged her out of the vehicle.”
