The agency said the platform would enable millions of subscribers to report traffic-related emergencies and incidents without financial burden.
“The rescued victims comprised 207 adult males, 137 adult females and nine male children,” he said.
Mr Bakare-Oki expressed sorrow over the loss of life and extended condolences to the bereaved family.
Mr Bakare-Oki added that the accident scene was secured while the damaged vehicles were promptly evacuated to ease traffic congestion in the area.
He urged motorists to exercise caution and adhere strictly to traffic regulations.

The crash occurred when a Lexus vehicle (EPE 765 JN) rammed into a police officer riding a Bajaj motorcycle on the bridge.
Mr Bakare-Oki described the accident which occurred at Iyana-Iba Flyover near Lagos State University, Ojo, as regrettable.
