Mr Adeleye said there was no hiding place for criminals in the state.
Mr Adeleye said that the ban was with immediate effect.
Troops have killed two terrorists during a tactical operation conducted along the Akunu–Auga road in Akoko North-East LGA of Ondo.
Mr Adeleye said the 39 suspects arrested were fleeing to Ondo State after the recent United States–backed military strike against ISIS terrorists in Northern Nigeria.
The special operation, tagged “Operation Lewonjade,” covered key boundary points between Ondo, Ekiti, and Osun.
According to him, the suspended officers are Abu Taiwo, Akinsipe Victor and Akinjumi Julius.
The command said the suspects were arrested across the 18 local government areas of the state.
“The ex-convict claimed to be a drug dealer who also engaged in robbery activities,” he said.
She revealed that her abductors seized her while on her way to the farm and kept her inside the thick forest in the kidnappers’ den.
The arrest of the syndicates follows repeated reports of incessant burglary incidents in the state capital of Akure.
