Leonid Radvinsky, owner of the adult content website OnlyFans, received a minimum of $700 million in dividends before he died of cancer in March, records showed.
Mr Radvinsky took over the reins of Fenix International Limited, the parent company of OnlyFans, in 2018.
OnlyFans had achieved a $6.6 billion in user spend.

The porn-friendly company says it has now secured assurances necessary to support its content creators.
