“Most of the suspects have been arraigned and remanded in the custodial Centre, Owerri, while others are still undergoing trial,” he added.
“When you come home, you will be amazed at the massive road construction and rehabilitation which has been carried out by my administration in less than two years.”
The minister’s directive followed the attack on the Owerri Custodial Centre where over 1,884 inmates escaped from custody on April 5.
